Summer has taken it’s time arrive in the Fraser Valley, but now that it is here it seems to be flying past.<\/p>\n
Below are a few ideas to re-connect and enjoy the beautiful BC weather this August from the Tourism Langle<\/a>y website.<\/p>\n There are at least 186 routes in, through and around Langley. Here are just a few of the most popular rides:<\/p>\n The Tynehead and Walnut Grove Loop<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Scenic route through a variety of landscapes. A few big hills but mostly bike paths with very little traffic. South Langley Trail<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n If you\u2019re looking for a bit of wine with your weekend ride, then you\u2019ll want to check this one out. It starts you off at Campbell Valley Regional Park, then leads you temptingly close to the tasting rooms at\u00a0Vista D\u2019Oro<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Blackwood Lane<\/a>\u00a0wineries (book a reservation ahead of time). You\u2019ll end up in Aldergrove Regional Park where you can loop around and head back for round 2. Zero Ave Loop<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n For the more ambitious riders, this one takes your right to the the border, through some beautiful farmlands and back home to Langley. Nothing says wide open spaces like driving through some of Langley\u2019s scenic back roads. You can find a suggested route\u00a0here<\/a>\u00a0that will take you to green spaces with some other great local stops added along the way. Stop in for a bite to eat or grab something to go from one of our restaurants and cafes.
