RDCares End of Summer Update

Because of YOUR continual support we have sent Langley kids to Douglas Recreation Day camps this summer!!  

A few pulled out lab coats and their safety glasses and studied Science and Experiments for a week before heading to Science World. Others dove into learning about Deep Sea Exploration and took a day trip to the Vancouver Aquarium at the end of their week.  Some kids looked to the sky for their week of fun – Space Exploration! They were able to go to the HR MacMilan Space Centre for an afternoon of learning more about stars and planets.

Above are personal thank you cards we have received from some of the kids that were recipients of our sponsorship.  They enjoyed their week of camp making friends and learning.
